HOW ACTIVE CAMPAIGN WORKS

Setting up the integration between Inn Style and Active Campaign is a straightforward process.

First, you need to install the Active Campaign extension by navigating to the Extensions section within your Inn Style account and selecting it under the Guest Engagement category. Once installed, you will need to retrieve your API credentials from ActiveCampaign.

To do this, log in to your Active Campaign account, go to the Settings menu, and select Developer. Here, you will find your API key and URL, which you should copy for use in the next step.

Next, return to Inn Style and access the settings for the Active Campaign extension.

Paste the copied API key into the designated API key field and input the URL into the Endpoint field. Once these details are correctly entered, click Save to finalise the setup.

At this point, the integration is complete, and all new reservations made in Inn Style will automatically sync with your Active Campaign account. The booker’s name, email address, and phone number will be transferred, allowing you to manage contacts effectively.

You can then find these details within the “Contacts” tab in ActiveCampaign, enabling seamless communication and marketing automation for a more personalised guest experience.
