By offering discounts for extended stays (e.g., stay 3 nights, get 10% off), you increase revenue while reducing operational costs associated with frequent guest turnover. This is particularly useful during off-peak periods when securing longer bookings is beneficial.
Adjusting the price per night based on demand, seasonality, or competitor rates allows for simplified rate setup. This ensures you remain competitive while maximising profitability during peak periods and attracting budget-conscious travellers during off-peak times.
Derived rates link one rate to another, so when the base rate changes, all related rates adjust automatically. This is ideal for setting up packages, promotions, or meal-inclusive rates without manually updating each one, saving time and ensuring consistency.
Different OTA (Online Travel Agency) channels attract different types of travellers. Adjusting channel rates helps maximise visibility and revenue by tailoring pricing strategies for each platform while still prioritising direct bookings on your website. Inn Style does all of this for you.
With the ability to quickly update rates across all platforms, you can react to market trends, demand fluctuations, or special events. Alternatively you can simply update your rates for the following year using a % or multiple increase.

Flexible Pricing to support your accommodation. You have access to various pricing options to support your self-catering business model. Inn Style enables you to use length-of-stay pricing which allows you to manage your short-stay, weekly, or even monthly rentals.
This flexibility allows you to use your Property Management System to completely control how you publish your rates at any time.
Simplify everything with per unit, per night pricing and Inn Style will do the rest.
For example, you might charge a nightly price of £100. So, when a guest books for three nights, the system will multiply £100 by 3, and the price for three nights will be calculated as £300.
You can also enter a different nightly rate if a guest stays for four nights or more – for example, £80. In this example, when a guest books for five nights, the system will multiply £80 by 5. The price for five nights will be calculated as £400.
In just a few clicks, you can change all your direct rates. If you’re connected to channels, you can synchronise these prices instantly with Booking.com, Expedia and Siteminder.
But don’t be fooled by the simplicity of the Price Updater. What can be achieved is immensely powerful. It’s possible to synchronise everything, but then it’s also possible to fine tune everything.
You can find the Price Update under the Prices section of your Inn Style account. Click New Price Update to bring up the tool’s display page. Click the drop-down to select the price or rule you want to update.
Enter an amount for a Price, or a value for a Rule, select the unit you want to update, then select the Rate Type you want to update. Simply tick the boxes that apply: Direct prices, Booking.com, Expedia. Sit back, relax and enjoy another year of Inn Style reducing your admin.
