Inn Style’s Guest Registration feature allows you to collect this information automatically, ensuring a seamless check-in experience while helping you manage guest records efficiently.

HOW Guest Registration Forms WORKS
To activate guest registration in Inn Style, navigate to Account > Guest Experience. Under Guest Information, tick the box “Collect guest data”. Click Save Changes to apply the update. Now, guest details such as names, ages, and other required fields will be collected during the booking process.
To collect guest arrival times automatically, you can enable Inn Style’s Check-In Time feature: Navigate to Accommodation > Check In Times. Set your standard Check-In & Check-Out times. Once enabled, guests will automatically be asked for their estimated arrival time during booking. This helps staff prepare for arrivals, plan housekeeping schedules, and improve the check-in experience.
Want to collect more specific information, such as travel purpose, dietary preferences, or special requests? Use Booking Questions to customise your data collection.
To create a Custom Booking Question, go to Accommodation > Booking Questions. Click Create New Booking Question. Type out your question (e.g., “Are you travelling for business or leisure?”). Choose the question type: Open-ended (guests type their response).
Pre-supplied answers (guests select from a list).
If using pre-supplied answers, enter each option on a separate line. Select where you want the question to appear (e.g., at booking or before check-in). Assign the question to the relevant accommodations. Click Save this Booking Question.
Now, guests will answer these custom questions as part of their booking process, helping you gather the information you need.
