HOW HUBSPOT CRM WORKS
Install HubSpot Integration and then navigate to Extensions in your Inn Style account.
Under the Guest Engagement section, click on install HubSpot.
Next you’ll need to set up your HubSpot API. You need to ensure you have a HubSpot account before activating the integration. Open HubSpot > Settings > Account Setup > Integrations > Private Apps.
Click “Create a Private App”, name it (e.g., Inn_Style), and set the required permissions. Click “Create App” and copy the generated API key.
Next you can go to to the HubSpot settings in Inn Style and paste your API key into the designated field. Select your tagging preferences for customer records, click Save, switch to Active Mode, and save again. Easy.
New Reservations automatically sync when a new booking is confirmed. The guest’s Name, Email, and Phone Number will instantly appear under the Contacts tab in HubSpot.
You can also manually sync past reservations. To do so, and add previous bookings, open the reservation in Inn Style and click “Add to HubSpot”.
Once a contact is sent to HubSpot, updates must be managed within HubSpot. Any changes in Inn Style will not automatically reflect in HubSpot unless manually resent.
