Boutique Ocean Views
“The intuitive usability, personal support and more reasonable pricing stood out to us.”
In the Inn Style review we talk to Boutique Ocean Views about what they like most about the Inn Style booking system and why they moved. Boutique Ocean Views is a five-star boutique guesthouse in Hermanus, located directly on the coast with spectacular views across Walker Bay. With five luxury sea-facing bedrooms, a heated pool and easy access to the famous Hermanus cliff path, it offers guests a comfortable and relaxing base for exploring one of South Africa’s most popular coastal destinations.
What made you join Inn Style
We were contacted by an Inn Style representative via a phone call, which prompted us to take a closer look at the system.
We were looking for a change because we had experienced poor customer service and problem resolution with our previous system, as well as exceptionally high pricing.
When researching alternatives, Inn Style stood out because of its intuitive usability, personal support from a real person rather than a robot, and more reasonable pricing. These were important factors for us when choosing a new system.
What stands out for us
The pricing and rates modules are particularly appealing to us, along with the flexibility they give us to manage our rates.
We’ve also found the support from the Inn Style team to be excellent. They have been professional, fast and responsive throughout our journey with the system, which has made a real difference.
