Why were you looking for a change in system?
“We heard about Inn Style from a story that Mount Bain posted on Instagram and after struggling a bit with the mobile compatibility on our old system.
We wanted something that’s highly automated and intuitive to use so that we didn’t have to spend hours dealing with bookings ourselves.”
What has made the switch to Inn Style stand out?
“The transition from our old system was very easy, the onboarding team at Inn Style handled everything very quickly and uploaded all our current bookings so that we didn’t have to worry about that. The online tutorials and demonstrations were also very helpful in getting me familiarised with the system.
There have been one or two questions that I’ve had since switching over and the help from the Inn Style team has been quick and always able to find a solution for my questions.“

What do you love the most with Inn Style?
“The service from the staff has been super friendly and efficient in helping us get setup and then utilise all the features on the system. It is a more updated layout than our old system and I loved that you stay in the same window when switching between pages.
The mobile compatibility is amazing, you see it on your phone/device as you would on a computer which is great. There are a few extra features that stand out but in particular the wait list feature, it’s genius! We also love the customisable automated emails to guests before and after stays.”
