Why were you looking for a change in system?
“We first learned about InnStyle while browsing a competitor’s website, Mount Bain. We investigated and assessed InnStyle’s technology and features and were immediately impressed, especially in comparison to what is currently available in South Africa.
We had only been operating for 12 months and were using Nightsbridge and Semper before moving to Inn Style
We needed a more intuitive system with advanced technological features to meet our business needs. The current options in South Africa felt limited, making routine tasks more laborious and lacking consideration for customer satisfaction. We were thrilled to discover all the features Inn Style offers, making the decision to switch an easy one.”
What has made the switch to Inn Style stand out?
“It’s infinitely more intuitive and user-friendly than what we were previously using. It reduces the number of actions a manager needs to take to complete a task, saving time and simplifying the training process for new hires as we expand.
The Inn Style onboarding and technical team have been amazing throughout the transition. We’ve felt incredibly supported during the process, which was much faster than we initially anticipated. This gave us extra assurance that partnering with Inn Style was the right decision, and we haven’t looked back. Whenever we have a question or issue, their support team responds promptly and is very helpful in resolving tickets.”
What do you love the most with Inn Style?
“Overall, the Inn Style platform is far superior to other market players within South Africa. Previously, we relied on multiple providers to handle basic hospitality management tasks. However, after assessing Inn Style and learning more about their platform, we were amazed by the innovations in their technology stack.
Features we had only hoped to implement in the future were already available to us, such as: managing the entire booking journey on our website instead of redirecting to a third-party booking partner (e.g. Nightsbridge), promotional mechanics and discount functionality, gift voucher capabilities, simplified reservation processes for backend management, analytics integrations, as well as upsell features for guests within the booking journey.”
