What are the Average Daily Rates like?

The Average Daily Rate hit its 2022 peak in July at £210 – up 183% from a four-year low of £71 in January 2021

Did you know? You can see what your Average Daily Rate is by going to the Insights tab, selecting a date range, and then choosing Source Report – You’ll get the results instantly!

Now may be the perfect time to increase your prices a little? Without deterring potential guests!
An extra £5-10 a room?

Why not use the Inn Style’s Pricecopier function (go to prices>pricecopier) and copy your current prices and use the handy modifier to increase them automatically, and save them over your current prices!

By making use of the Pricecopier, it will not have any effect on any current bookings, but is guaranteed to make you more money.

So let’s talk about those Cancellation Rates

Great news! These dropped to 21% in 2022, from a high of 36% in 2020.

That is only 1 in 5 bookings being cancelled!

Top Tip:

Did you know? Inn Style has a great feature called the Waitlist.

If you are full on a specific date, your customers can register their request to stay.

If the original booking cancels, they will automatically get an email to say this date is now available, and it gives them a link to book!
