Room Analysis Report

The Room Analysis report allows you to report on all bookings staying within a date period. You can report on confirmed, canceled or provisional bookings for either a chosen room or all rooms.

Daily Report

The Daily report allows you to see how well sales are going for a particular date. You can use it to compare how sales were this time last year too, to see if you’ve sold more or fewer rooms for the same periods. You can also change the bookings made for a date to capture how well a date has sold month on month for example.

Housekeeping Report

The Housekeeping Report provides a daily overview of your guests and their requests. The report is split into sections for each guest and shows everything you need to know about their stay. Booking Questions, Optional Extras, and Notes associated with each booking will also show in the report.

Quick Reports

Our Quick Reports provide you with an overview of your Sales and Performance figures in a flash. We have eight quick reports available: Operations, Occupancy, Occupancy by accommodation, Occupancy by Rate Type, Sources, Sales, Sales spread and Pace

Payment Reports

Search for what payments have been made and when. View all payment methods and refunds. Download the report for help with your accounts.

Reservations Report

Use the Reservations Report to collect guest data or simply search for reservations. You can filter the search by the reservation state, the dates of the booking, and the date it was made. The reservations report contains every piece of data about each reservation including booker details, addresses, stay dates, occupancy, tax, payments, extras, booking questions and marketing information.

Please note that the Inn Style ‘reporting’ feature works for your direct bookings from your Inn Style Booking engine on your website as well as your OTA channels that you have integrated into your Inn Style account. If you are wanting more in-depth reporting from your OTAs, these will need to be used directly on Booking.com or Expedia.
