Bokloof Guest Farm comprises of guest house and a cottage as well as a campsite with 7 sites. All of this set on a working farm in the Baviaanskloof. The house and cottage is fully furnished with simple amenities and private yards and braai areas. The Campsites are spacious with water and power at each one, and most of them have built braais, the others have loose standing braais.
What were you looking for in a system?
“We were looking for something that centralizes all our bookings in one place and allows for instant bookings to be enabled on booking sites like Airbnb and Lekkeslaap.
Before using Inn Style we didn’t use a booking system. When Inn Style contacted us in June we were keen to take a look.”
What challenges / problems necessitated a change in system?
“We spent too much time answering questions and handling manual bookings and we found Inn Style to be the perfect fit.
We did not investigate other systems so cannot really compare but we’re really happy with the decision.”
Is Inn Style simple to use? And what do you like the most about working with us?
“Inn Style is simple to use. The training to get you started with the system helps a lot with the initial use of it, the way everything is organized and named also helps with understanding and easily learning it.
The support team is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions and rather than just fix the problem, they teach you how to do it yourself which makes a huge difference.
One of our favourite features is the optional extras that guests can order when booking. It is so simple to setup and looks great when they’re booking on our website. We also love the Customised Emails which gives us greater control over our guest communication.”

“When we were first shown the system and all the functions I was very excited to start using it and with good reason.
All my bookings are in one central point and I can just look there instead of looking at 4 different booking engines. Using Inn Style easily saves us 10-20 hours per week.
We love how much you can customize your own space and how easy it is to make changes. We’ve even referred it to one of our neighbours!”
