Our house nestled in a 1840 sqm property with a big pool, 14 old palm trees and plenty of other trees and greenery. We have 6 rooms in the main house and one guest room in a timber house on the slopes of the property.”

“We never had a system… We started 27 years ago and since we were always working with Mac’s I just had my self-knitted spreadsheet for all rooms and bookings but was not able to integrate Nightsbridge or similar as those programs where just for Windows computer.

We wanted to provide visitors via our website, as well as travel agents, the opportunity to check availability online and, in the case of potential guests, to book a room in our house from our website which was not possible before. Agents and interested folks always had to call or send an email to enquire about availability.”

The availability page on our website is fast and easy to find out about availability, as well as it is for me to book in new guests or block rooms provisionally for a certain period for agent enquiries. I like the complete overview of all different rooms for the entire month and the simple entry of guest information.

The support has plainly been excellent. Samantha Williams was a jewel in any aspect of set up and quick follow up questions, supporting me with every little issue I encountered. The swiftness and support in setting everything up and the direct support to our webmaster has been outstanding.”
