Why were you looking for a change in system?
“We wanted to move away from online travel agents to avoid guests having to pay additional service fees to these platforms but also find a way to streamline our business across all platforms.
We wanted something that was easy for both us and guests to use, as well as something trustworthy that put the guest experience first.”
What has made Inn Style stand out?
“At first, the change was a bit intimidating but Inn Style’s amazing customer support team have made it such a breeze to figure out anything that wasn’t immediately straight forward.
Inn Style’s amazing customer service was the shining star, but also being able to offer more features to our guests to improve their experience of booking with us has been amazing. From day one, the Innstyle team have been on the ball and quick to respond to questions or queries. It truly feels like they always have the time of day for all their customers – no matter the size of their business – and we’ve really been well-supported in adopting this new system.”
What features do you love the most with Inn Style?
“Inn Style’s amazing customer service was the shining star, but also being able to offer more features to our guests to improve their experience of booking with us has been amazing.
We’ve been able to add so many features, like waitlists for our already booked days which we see as a great tool for being able to fill last minute cancellations, but of course, having a centralised calendar and reporting function is going to in invaluable and time saving for growing our business.
We’ve been very impressed, compared to other PMS systems available in SA InnStyle goes above and beyond to create features our guests actually want and make use of. It’s been a breeze setting it up and we’re already seeing an increase of direct bookings.”
What has been the main impact of using the Inn Style system?
“In the past, we were manually loading customer data across all of our OTAs, but now we the whole system is automated meaning theres no delay between us receiving a booking and my team’s calendar. Cutting down on the admin around that has meant being able to focus on our customer service journey.
What has amazed us is just how quickly we’ve had direct bookings since launching InnStyle on our website – before we just had a hunch that it would be an option for us but just two months in we’re already seeing a demand for direct bookings and InnStyle’s functionality makes it just as easy for customers to book via us as it would be on an OTA.”
